A delicious and nutritious breakfast is served at your convenience, and is vegan friendly - most often gluten free as well.   All our meals are created with fresh whole foods and served in a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by windows with a view of our private pond.

Be treated to fresh fruit smoothies, locally baked yeast-free breads, whole grain cereals, raw granola and freshly made almond milk, gluten free vegan pancakes with fruit, and our signature vegan french toast. Or maybe you feel a little daring and would like to try a sweet potato scramble with honey drizzled polenta. 

This is certainly not just for the health conscious! 

 


 

 

                     Accomodations for gluten free or raw guests can be made.

 


If you would like a "box lunch" or if you would like to join us for dinner, let us know in advance to see if can be arranged.  Arrangements must be made at least one day in advance.

As you can see, nutrition is very important to us.  To that end, lessons in vegan and raw food preparation and nutrition counseling are available afternoons or evenings with Petra.  Learn quick and easy ways to supplement your health and training through everyday meals or gourmet style dinners.
