I just wanted to thank you so much for introducing us to the Raw Vegan lifestyle. That Chocolate Raspberry cake was amazing! My husband and I did not eat meat but we ate fish and dairy. I didn’t think I could give it up. You recommended the China Study which I immediately read. We stopped eating fish and dairy right away.
We ate Raw Vegan all last summer and we both felt great and lost weight. In the winter I crave soup and warm food so we started eating more cooked. My husband who never really cooked/uncooked much at all has suddenly turned into a dehydrating, juicing, recipe experimenting maniac! He has been churning out some amazing delicious food. He says it makes him feel so good and he doesn’t want to eat cooked food anymore.

I just wanted to thank you...for changing my life. I knew I would try to bring some of the new technique home with me but I did not realize until I arrived at home, how much I brought back. Not only do I have more confidence in my ability to be successful in my upcoming triathlon, I also made significant changes in my overall health and well-being. I never planned on embracing the dietary and nutritional education that was provided (boy was I in for a surprise). I listened politely and with some degree of skepticism but I believed I knew what to do to develop a healthy diet and I didnít need have any desire to make major life changes in this area. As you know from my diet sodas and addiction to cheese, I was very reluctant to look at that side of my athletic needs/goals. When I left the Hungry Ghost yesterday, I planned on stopping for dinner somewhere on the drive home but I ended up only stopping for coffee (with soy milk) to keep from falling asleep on the drive. Every restaurant from New York to Virginia seemed unappealing and unhealthy. I spent 2 hours in the grocery store today (most of it in the produce section) and my son ate fresh pineapple and organic spinach salad for the first time tonight. While I still am reluctant to commit to the Vegan pure lifestyle you so successfully enjoy, I have eliminated a great deal of impurity from my life and the life of my family.
